Hey guys, thanks for a great weekend on Sun 9th March. It was our first time at Parkwood and we were really impressed with the professionalism of the Marshals and the general course layout, we will be visiting again sometime very soon and as avid campers we are looking forward to the camp over later in the year. ABOUT THE SITE: Routes are marked out in 3 difficulty levels, winching banks, a labyrinth of hills, ponds and trees. Its such a multi pupose site, vehicles can get stuck for hours or just come out with a splattering of mud. Dependent on which routes have been followed!

THE SITE IS NOT A FREE FOR ALL RUNAROUND SITE!, routes are marked out and must be followed. This is to ensure people have a safe and enjoyable visit. Routes will now be marked one way and must be followed. You will be given a window sticker with Blue, Red or Black on this will indicate what routes you are to follow dependant on your vehicles capabillities.
BLUE ROUTES Standard 4x4 vehicles on road tyres, RED ROUTES Standard 4x4 vehicles on MUD TERRAINS.
BLACK routes are difficult and are only for modified 4x4 vehicles fitted with lift kit, Mud tyres and a WINCH! Please note: Recovery charge may apply to people using black routes in standard 4x4s

Courses open 10am till 4pm. Note: price includes all occupants of 4x4 entered, the number of people per 4x4 is dependant on seatbelts. All passengers must wear a correct fitting seatbelt.

Cost 35.00 per vehicle including all vehicle occupants

you will need to show all your documents upon entry MOT, LOG BOOK, DRIVERS LICENSE, (INSURANCE) THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE INSURANCE SPECIFIC FOR OFF ROAD USE
PLEASE NOTE we are now in the process of issuing ENTRY CARDS once we have seen your documents and recived a completed entry form, we will issue you with a card that you will need to show to gain entry to the site, this means you will not need to bring your documents everytime you enter as MOT expiry date will be recorded on your ENTRY CARD, this will make things easier for us all upon entry to venue.It may take a little time getting cards handed out on the gate but it will save time in the future for people attending events

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Road legal vehicles and Road Legal tyres only, NO Tractor or Dumper Tyres. Vehicles and tyres may be checked upon entry this applies to everyone.

If you have been issued with a card please bring it to gain entry

If you have not alreday been issued with a card Please download entry form at the bottom of this page read through the site rules in full before attending the event and filling in the form, once you have read the rules please fill in the form and bring filled in form with you to event then hand it in on the gate, Please remember to bring your Documents you will then be issued with a card that you will need to show to gain entry to future events.

There is a jet wash on-site for those of you who wish to wash your vehicles after the event

You will be given a map showing all routes upon arrival.

We provide first aid, catering, toilets, informal tuition and advice as well as recovery and marshals
