Picturesque and Perfect
Our reception area is picturesque and the perfect location to meet and great your guests, display your vehicles and set up marquees and display units. If you require we can provide trained 4x4 instructors to drive your guests around the off road course in your vehicles safely, leaving your sales personnel in the reception area to do what they do best, sell your product.

Parkwood used for filming in 2008 for channel 4
The Red Riding Trilogy starts Thursday 5th March at 9pm on Channel 4. The TV adaptation of David Peace's cult noir novels feature a stellar cast of celebrated actors including Sean Bean, Paddy Considine, Andrew Garfield, David Morrissey and Maxine Peake, the three feature-length films are set in Yorkshire during the 1970s and 80s - a time of paranoia, mistrust, corruption and the terrifying legacy of the Ripper murders.
Two of the above films will feature scences filmed at Parkwood one a gyspy camp in the film 1974 showing on Thursday 5th March 2009 and one a murder scence in the third film 1983.

Woohead Mountain Rescue recently used the venue to train 8 members of Mountain Rescue Staff, they were very impressed with the amount of varied terrain which they used to emulate various differnt situations.
